Rehab training : 1 hour
Weight Loss & Cardio: 45 minutes
However, session duration and frequency is entirely up to the client. We'll work with your preferences.

Below are answers to some of the commonly asked questions.

What are your prices like?
Sessions start at just $66 for 30 mins.
Every 15 mins thereafter is $11.
45 min session = $77
1 hour session = $88.
Maximum session duraction is 90 mins.
A minimum contract of 12 weeks is required.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require an upfront deposit the equivalent of 3 weeks training fees + first 3 weeks training payment.
Example for two 45 min sessions a week
2 x $77 x 3 = $462 plus 2 x $154.
Total deposit: $616.00
The deposit is worked off at the end of the contract period.

What payment methods do you take?
We accept all Visa & Mastercard and also take Direct Debit for the deposit payment.
All ongoing payments will be processed through EZYDEBIT payment system.

How many people can train per session?
All prices are for up to 3 persons. $30 for every extra person above the 3 (up to 5 persons). Groups of up to 6 or more people are POA. A minimum of 10 sessions per person prepaid.

How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime but a 4 weeks notice is required. Upon cancellation, one more direct debit payment will be taken, then 3 weeks training will be undertaken to finalise and redeem the deposit.
Sound complicated? Don't worry. We will explain in person if required. We are always transparent with clients and operate with a high level of integrity.

a personal training contract, a deposit and client information form and a EZYDEBIT (Fees & Charges Apply) form.
